RETURN POLICY & SHIPPING

Our policy lasts 7 days.

• All sale items and items purchased with a promo code are not eligible for return or exchange.
• For your item to be eligible for return, it must be postmarked(dropped off) within 7 days of the delivery date.
• White items, wool items, fur items, silk items, cashmere items, leather items including bags and shoes, and preorder items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• No returns or exchanges are available for international orders (outside the US).

Please email us at contact@another20.com with your name and order number. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email containing a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to complete your return. Upon receipt and approval of your return, your store credit will be emailed to you and can be redeemed at another20.com. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your return to be processed.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its approval or rejection. Sale items: Only regular priced items may be returned; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@another20.com

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
